2025 asked more of me.
Personally. Professionally. Spiritually.

It was a year of expansion. Not just in my business,
but in who I became along the way.
I took risks. I moved through fear. I said yes before I had every answer.
I trusted myself (and a little magic from the universe) to figure it out.

There were pivots, redirects, and challenges that forced me to pause, reassess, and choose differently than I had before.
Some plans worked. Some didn’t.
And both mattered.

I traveled a lot. I learned even more.
Those hard moments taught me what striving for perfection never could.

This was the year I stopped trying to control every outcome and started listening to my intuition, my body, my timing.
I let things unfold instead of forcing them.

No matter where I went, I was always lucky enough to come home to what grounds me.

This was the year I chose growth over perfection.
And in the imperfections… is where I found my growth.

And I’m just getting started. ✨

MYTH: Colonics destroy your microbiome

This claim gets repeated constantly, but when you actually look at the science, the story is far more nuanced.

Here’s what we do know:
• There is one published human study examining colon hydrotherapy and the microbiome
• That study found no tendency for disruption of intestinal microbiota (and each participant had 3 colonics in a 2 week period)
• Much of the fear around “microbiome damage” comes from colonoscopy prep studies, which use oral chemical laxatives that purge the entire digestive tract
• Colon hydrotherapy is water-based and targets the lower colon only. An entirely different mechanism

The honest truth?
Research is limited.
There is no evidence showing microbiome destruction. Anecdotally, people report improved outcomes (why people love colonics).
And fear-based claims are not the same as data.
