Dr. Jessica Peck-Lindsey is offering Introductory Martial Arts for Parents & Children!

It's a fun, stress-free martial arts class. Based on World Tang Soo Do, she will guide participants through gentle therapeutic exercises that lead up to focus work and traditional forms.

Registration is for one parent/guardian and one child unit

Ages: 6+
When: Thursdays October 9th - November 20th
Time: 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
