May is Mental Health Awareness Month💚🧠
Some days feel light and manageable, others feel heavy and overwhelming, and both are valid. What matters is recognizing that your feelings deserve attention, care, and compassion.
Checking in with yourself is not selfish. Taking a break is not laziness. Asking for help is not weakness. It’s strength in one of its most honest forms. Whether it’s therapy, talking to a friend, journaling, or simply giving yourself permission to rest—you are allowed to do what you need to heal and grow.
You are not alone, even if it feels that way. Keep going, even if it’s one small step at a time.
