About Us
Family Intervention Center is a private, non-profit social agency that has provided services for addiction related problems and mental health issues since 1975. We promote wellness through education, intervention, and treatment.
Our philosophy is that alcoholism, drug, gambling, and eating related addictions are progressive family diseases that are treatable and preventable. Our goal is to help people understand their addiction and make healthy choices regarding alcohol, drugs, gambling, s*x, internet, and food addiction, focusing upon the here and now and dealing with one day-at-a-time.
We help people deal with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, oppositional behaviors, self-esteem, relationships, family and couple issues. The focus is upon making healthy decisions and not tolerating unhealthy behaviors.
