Its officially official. is located on Grandview Avenue in Waterbury CT!!!!

Accepting most major insurances (Anthem BCBS,Aetna,Cigna,Optum) and Husky/Medicaid as well.

Also doing telehealth appointments!!! I work with primarily adults, young adults, no couples or small children, I got referrals if you need them for those services.

I do substance abuse, mental health, trauma work.

Invalidating statements dismiss someone’s feelings and can make them feel unimportant, while validating statements show you understand and care about their emotions.

By using validating statements, you build trust and connection, which strengthens your relationships.
