"Jim Tougas owner NP has helped me when others refused because my case is too extensive. He's literally responded and filled meds while on vacation, taken personal time which could have been spent with his family while at home and lended it to me. He has no ego getting in the way of care and has been very patient re extensive rare illnesses even when my health ins was a pain in the arse. He's down to earth and easy to communicate with. I've also seen Tamber once but my case is too extensive for Palliative Care. She was also kind, polite and candid.

The ONLY other Dr I've had do these things is my Cleveland Clinic (now Dartmouth-Hitchcock) literal 5x award winning Neurologist. Let that sink in a moment. Here we've got a group of NP's providing similar Ivy League MD Specialist award winning care to their patients. They're the only 2 providers I've ever had take time away from their personal lives to help me sort through life threatening illnesses. Top notch."
