Let me tell you why most Massage Therapists do not like the term "masseuse."

Yes, masseuse is the technical term for a female Massage therapist- HOWEVER- it was dropped from use due to the term becoming associated with SW.

Any type of "inappropriate touching" between client and therapist could cost an LMT their license.

We are here to act in YOUR best interest, and that never includes inappropriate touch. 😊
(It does sometimes include pain, but I do usually say sorry.)
