Black Maternal Health Week 2025, observed from April 11-17, is a week-long campaign led by the Black Mamas Matter Alliance focused on raising awareness, activism, and community building to address disparities in Black maternal health outcomes. This year's theme is "Healing Legacies: Strengthening Black Maternal Health Through Collective Action and Advocacy". The week aims to amplify the voices and perspectives of Black pregnant women while promoting birth and reproductive justice.

The week aims to educate the public and healthcare professionals about the disparities in maternal health outcomes, particularly among Black women.
