💛 Doing the right thing matters. 💛
In the last two weeks, I made some hard but honest calls. I’ve sent clients home—either without a treatment or without charging for treatment.
Last week, I worked for over an hour with an ailing adolescent. His mom and I discussed beforehand the possibility of not seeing much change in his condition, but we agreed ot was worth a shot. In the end, I told the mother that I didn't want to take her money. I didn't feel like I was able to meet his needs enough to take payment.
Today, someone came in after a great chiropractic adjustment and wasn’t sure if he still needed the massage. He kept the appointment to support me, which I appreciate so much, but I sent him on his way feeling good without charging him. I didn't want to mess with a good thing.
I’m here to help people feel better, not just to fill my schedule or my pockets. Integrity comes first, always.
If you're hurting, I’ll give you my best. And if you're not, that's worth celebrating too.

(Now, I DO have a 24hr cancelation policy. BUT both of these scenarios were MY CALL. So, please don't take this post as something its not. Please don't take advantage of things like this.)
