It’s for someone responsible, compassionate, and alert — someone who understands that vulnerable seniors depend on you.

💙 What You’ll Do:
✔ Conduct safety rounds
✔ Assist residents with nighttime needs
✔ Maintain a peaceful, secure environment
✔ Complete documentation
✔ Stay awake and attentive throughout the shift

🌟 Who We’re Looking For:
• Naturally responsible and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to stay alert overnight
• Patient, kind, and dependable
• Someone who truly cares about seniors
We are a small, family-owned home. We know our residents by name — and we value team members who treat them like family.

We had such a wonderful day at Waterford Oaks Senior Care today! 💛 Our residents enjoyed a fun and creative craft activity, filling the afternoon with laughter, conversation, and beautiful handmade projects.

We’re also looking forward to a special upcoming party hosted by Mid-Michigan Hospice 🎉 Their kindness and support mean so much to our residents and families, and we’re grateful for their partnership in bringing joy and connection to our community.
