SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: We'll be holding an expedited 1-day training for new volunteers who would like to serve at our Waterford Care Center! This special training will take place on Monday, August 11, from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Completing our volunteer application is the first step!

What can volunteers help with at Angela Hospice's Waterford Care Center?
- Providing COMPANIONSHIP and support to patients and their families.
- Offering SPIRITUAL COMPANIONSHIP and spiritual support to patients and their families.
- Conducting WE HONOR VETERANS PINNING CEREMONIES through our veteran-to-veteran support program.
- Making PET THERAPY VISITS to patients and their families. (Certified Pet Therapy teams only please.)
- Providing MUSIC COMPANIONSHIP in our inpatient unit.

I received a notification on the studio cameras yesterday. I normally just ignore the notifications because its typically staff/students. So when the notification popped up I wasn’t really concerned, I blew it off. Out of habit maybe, who knows. But truthfully I forgot about it until now. Once I remembered it definitely peaked my interest especially since the studio is closed so I checked the camera footage & this is the image that appeared. I was hoping not to cry on this brief little camping sabbatical but darn it this image got me. Sending you all Big HUGS🧡MZ

Not an actual picture of myself 🤣😂 but was definitely how I felt yesterday. For those of you that made it to the final Chela class you know there were tears, heavy emotions and a few too many Eff-bombs so I apologize for the harsh and completely organic reaction. Im flawed but aren’t we all. This is what I love about yoga, we connect and own our truths we don’t hide from them 🤪 I want to thank you from the depths of my heart for your love and support. It was felt, received, and sent back to you all. My cup is filled and now I rest. Big HUGS 🧡MZ
