We’re excited to share that our practice is now offering Provider-Delivered Care Management (PDCM) services!

Our own Jayci Johnson, FNP-C, is serving in a dual role as both a Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Care Manager, providing this important service to help families manage their child’s healthcare.

As a Certified Care Manager, Jayci helps coordinate care for children and families who may need extra support managing medical conditions, navigating the healthcare system, or connecting with helpful community resources. This role improves communication between families, providers, specialists, and community services to ensure each child receives the best possible care.

Devyani Khambete, MD, PC is happy to welcome Dr. Anetra Knowles to our pediatric team and to introduce her to our families and community! Dr. Knowles is accepting new patients and looks forward to meeting and caring for both new and existing patients in our practice.

Dr. Knowles is a pediatrician dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children from infancy through adolescence. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Caribbean Medical University and completed her pediatric residency at Authority Health at Children's Hospital in Detroit Michigan.

Dr. Knowles has a special interest in preventive medicine, child development and promoting healthy lifestyles. She is committed to building strong partnerships with families and helping parents feel confident in their child’s health and growth.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Knowles enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and outdoor activities. She is excited to join the practice and looks forward to serving children and families throughout the community.

Next up meet, Vanesa Galley NP! She’s here to make checkups a little brighter and help your little ones feel right at home. Whether it’s a high five or a listening ear, Vanesa's got you covered!

Vanesa joined the team at Devyani Khambete M.D. P.C. almost one year ago. She is certified through PNCB as a pediatric nurse practitioner. Prior to obtaining her advanced degree, she worked as an Emergency Department RN.

Vanesa earned her Master’s Degree in Pediatric Primary Care at West Virginia University. Prior to that she attended the University of Cincinnati for her nursing education. She also holds a Bachelor of Science with majors in neuroscience and philosophy from Ohio State University.

She is committed to providing excellent primary care for families. She loves watching children grow up and is honored to be a trusted part of your child’s healthy development.
