Nicolette Chastain is the owner & founder of Abstract Forest – an entity that was created to practice various forms of energy healing & channeled readings as well as to guide her clientele through active integration in self-awareness, including working with psychedelic plant medicine. After many years of suffering from symptoms of unresolved trauma (depression, anxiety, anger) & trying a plethora of different “conventional” methods to treat those symptoms, she began to learn about energy & the idea of truly healing oneself – not just coping – but really facing the deep parts within us that have created the toxicity. Within that curiosity is what led Nicolette to begin her journey with psychedelics back in 2021 partaking in a two-week retreat in the Amazon Rainforest drinking Ayahuasca with a Shaman. This empowering experience paved the way of embracing the shadow side of self & becoming aware of toxic cycles we adopt because of trauma. In that recognition is where we can make the conscious choice to break those cycles, relieving us from that pain we hold. Upon returning home from the jungle, Nicolette began to work with Psilocybin discovering its capabilities to assist with integration of self-awareness & connection back to self. Mother Nature has provided us with the tools to heal – there is medicine all around us. Nicolette is dedicated to teaching this information & enlightenment to everyone who is willing to listen with the intent to assist them in their own healing journeys.
