Stevia is a real plant. I purchased this at the farmer’s market in the spring. It’s sweet and goes great with mint. Why spend so much money on the highly processed sweeteners? I’m hoping it flowers and produces seeds. If so, I’ll be giving away the seeds. Move your body today and eat healthy. ❤️

It’s the best time of year for Vitamin A!!

A (retinol) is a fat soluble vitamin. It can be found in your cell membranes and stored in the liver.
Eat this to get A: pumpkin, squash, Carrots, spinach, tomatoes, eggs, sweet potatoes, red and yellow peppers, greens, mangos, melons, dairy.
“A” too low? You may feel this: difficulty seeing in dim light, rough dry skin.
“A” too much from supplement form? You may feel this: nausea, headache, fatigue, loss of appetite, dizziness, dry skin and if you’re pregnant, well, just eat your carrots and don’t take it in supplements.
Note: “A” has a relationship with the minerals in your body. Low zinc can cause stored “A” to not be released. Low “A” can make an iron deficiency worse.
One more thing - Notice how the carrots look like real eyes. Cool huh?!!
