A note about Yoga Teacher Training from our lead instructor
You can choose 3 styles as your options- students receive certification in their choice of 3 styles- Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Pranayama, SUP Yoga, Kids Yoga- this is an Ashtanga based school but you don’t HAVE to choose Ashtanga as one of your choices if you feel strongly about it.
Our 200 hour training students create their own schedule for their workshops with me. It’s not a set schedule like other studios I work my schedule around your schedules.
It IS a commitment, I expect you to read books and watch documentaries and learn anatomy- it’s also a transformation and a lifestyle change.
