This award recognizes people who:
• Support others on their recovery journey
• Use their voice to reduce stigma
• Strengthen the recovery community through compassion and leadership
• Make a meaningful impact — formally or informally

Unite to Face Addiction Michigan 2026!
We had an incredible day filled with connection, community, and purpose.

At one point, someone stopped by our table and asked what the event was about. After we shared the purpose of the rally, she became emotional and told us she was three days sober and trying to do it on her own. “I was meant to be here,” she said.
We were able to connect her with local organizations to help build her sober support system and reminded her: You are here for a reason, don’t ever forget that.
Moments like this capture exactly why this event matters and why we’re grateful to be part of it every year.

Keep an eye out for your neighbors and remember the importance of building strong, supportive communities. We’re all here to support a sober life 💪
