At McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, the team of licensed funeral directors and support staff are available to help families commemorate the life of a loved one with respect and dignity. This funeral home, located in historic Lansingburgh, was founded in 1861. With 150+ years of combined service to the community, residents can expect the highest quality of services that are available in the industry. The business is the oldest family-owned funeral home in Troy, and has built a solid reputation for thoughtful, compassionate funeral and memorial services.

This full-service funeral home offers everything a family needs for customized funeral planning: funerals, cremations, burials, pre-need planning, life celebrations, Military honors, Veteran services, honoring life, grief resources, urns, caskets, vaults, and more. One-on-one attention is provided to every family to ensure the services match the needs and preferences of the deceased.

The current location of McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home was built in 1953 by Charles H. Mason, Jr. after a fire destroyed the original building. The facilities have recently been renovated and redecorated, including expanded parking options for guests. It is a spacious building offering flexibility for large and small gatherings. Amenities include a chapel, reception areas, 2 large visitation rooms, wheelchair access, coffee lounge, and a childrens room with TV and videos.

Services are available for all major cities and communities in the area: Troy, Cohoes, Watervliet, Waterford, Clifton Park, East Greenbush, Cropseyville, Melrose, West Sand Lake, and more. This funeral company has maintained an excellent reputation over the years, with a BBB A+ rating. Industry associations include New York State Funeral Directors Association (NYSFDA) and Capital District Funeral Directors Association (CDFDA).
