Our Story
Hello! Valor Health & Wellness is a team of three awesome women who are on a joint mission to help people feel better and live healthier, happier lives. From left to right in the photo above, meet Kelly Rhoades, Jenny Faye Grace, and Loni Zardus. Kelly and Jenny have been friends since junior high, and got to meet Loni by divine intervention (and the power of Young Living!) when she moved to Erie, PA a handful of years ago.
Probably, if a student had written “work with my best friends, help people live better, and make the world a better place” on that What Do You Want to Do When You Grow Up assignment in gradeschool, it would’ve induced a dramatic eyeroll followed by “yeah, don’t we all, kid”....and yet, here we are. You can read our individual stories in the Notes section on this page, but we all ended up in the same place: being very passionate about detoxing our lives and taking ownership of our health. Now we want to share our journeys and what we’ve discovered to help others experience the same kind of progress and successes we have.
