We are closed today through Monday; however, our 24-hour programs remain fully operational.

It hurts my heart to share that our Waterloo Elevate office was broken into, and property and belongings were damaged. Moments like this are painful, but they also remind us of a truth we see every day: hurting people hurt people.
Even so, this will not stop our mission.
We are cleaning, repairing, and addressing what needs to be done—and we will continue to show up.
Elevate will always be a place where people can turn when they need help, hope, or support. Our commitment to serving our community remains strong and unchanged.

We believe in care over condemnation, healing over harm, and standing firm in our purpose—no matter the setback.
