Why are certain Sugars NOT bad for you?
One of my biggest pushbacks on our nutritional program is sugar intake. We eat tons of fruit. Many think it should be very limited due to sugar levels. Is it true? Probably, if you're a diabetic. Otherwise, absolutely not. First, it is important to understand there is a massive difference between natural and synthetic Sugars. Second, always, repeating always look for the tradeoffs and investment grades. We eat alot of Fibrous Fruit, which may may be high in "natural" Sugars, but it is also high in fiber content as well as cleansing properties. So yes, the juice is worth the squeeze, pun intended. Let alone, when eating mostly correct, that sugar is being burned, not stored. Natural sugar is more likely to burn over storing anyway. You want an afternoon pick up? Don't reach for the coffee, reach for some fresh Pineapple, Apple or berry blended snacks. They are not served with a 1 hour crash guarantee.
So yes, stop counting natural Sugars in your nutritional strategies and start making some tradeoffs. And as always, READ THE LABEL!
