SPORTS & KIDS⚽️🏀🏈⚾️🥎🎾

Do you have a kid who is in a sport? or multiple most likely?

If you listen closely Sebastian asks at the beginning of this video about growing up and the health of his spine. He is always very active and recently had been playing soccer on a team and has noticed he has new & uncomfortable aches and pains in his back which may seem common but are not normal.

Taking action to address those concerns is certainly going to have a positive impact on the health of his spine and the performance on the field in his future, especially when the competition rises & he demands more from his body.

He will recover faster, heal faster, sustain less injuries, perform at a higher level, & stay on the field longer, outperforming the competition.

“It will work itself out”

Too often this is the answer we get when going in for a regular “checkup”. These are VERY significant times in our kids life. A time where they are changing & developing so much, and a time where we can help guide them on the right path.

These are some of the most important times of their life that will set them up for success early. If we can intervene EARLY, then we can allow these little gremlins to strive.

Some common (this does not mean normal) reasons we see babys are ones having trouble with:
