three days, 16 hours, no skipping steps.
balanced body mat 3 with stripped it back to what actually matters…
control, precision, intention.
first took this course 7 years ago… and came back to it now to see it with new eyes.
no rushing. no hiding. just the work.
and a quiet reminder, everyone in that room is living a completely different life.
different pasts, different presents, everything ahead of them…but for a few hours, we met in the same place.
