Most people think core strength starts with abs.

It starts with pressure. š
The way you breathe determines how your body creates and controls pressure inside your trunk ā and thatās what stabilizes your spine.
Posterior lateral breathing allows your ribs to expand side to side and into your back, giving your diaphragm space to move and your deep core a chance to respond.
This is how you build strength without gripping.
This is how movement starts to feel supported instead of forced.
