Pam, a compassionate caregiver from Right at Home Twin Cities and South Suburbs, has been supporting Marion for over two years. During that time, she has made over 258 visits without ever being late or missing a single one! That kind of consistency and care doesn’t go unnoticed. In fact, Marion was so moved by Pam’s dedication that she had a custom award created to honor her remarkable reliability.
Pam now visits Marion three times a week for what they call “spa days,” bringing not just assistance, but joy, comfort, and companionship. Though Pam is known for her quiet, efficient approach to caregiving, she’s also a fierce advocate for her clients and always puts their needs first, going above and beyond in ways that speak volumes.
