Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) don't just improve lives, they strengthen local economies while costing significantly less than institutional care. The cost comparison shown here underscores that reality. Today’s testimony in front of the Energy and Commerce Committee highlighted just how essential Medicaid HCBS services are for families and communities.
