Excited to announce a weight loss competition based on the biggest loser rules. The way that works is if you weigh 200lbs and lose 20lbs. that's 10% weight lost vs someone who weighs 150 lbs. and loses 20lbs. that's 13.33%. This competition is for anyone members and non-members of Pound 4 Pound Fitness Center. Accountability and motivation are the focus of this competition. The grand prize is 12 hours of in-person or zoom personal training. Weigh-ins will be held on January 1st from 7a- 9a at Pound 4 Pound Fitness Center in Waterloo, IL. Please like and share. So, we can get as many people motivated as possible.

Hello Everyone!

It's Trainer Bill reaching out from my basement! Since Illinois and Missouri are soon to be on lockdown I have a solution for you. I'm offering in-home live-feed training through Zoom via laptop or cellphone. I've set up a 6 week training program using only bodyweight and a few things around the house. It's a butt kicker I do warn. Designed for all abilities levels.
