Today was an unforgettable adventure at the St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station! 🐠✨
Our residents had the best time exploring all the amazing sea life and making some very special memories together. From touching jellyfish, stingrays, and starfish to letting the tiny baby fish nibble on their fingers, there were smiles, laughter, and priceless facial expressions all day long!

What a night was had last night to celebrate Jim's Dream Come True Wish!!!

For his Dream, He asked if he could take some family and staff to a baseball game to show his appreciation and thank them for everything that they have done for him since he's been at Cedarhurst of Waterloo!!

He asked for box seats but Meredith got him and the guest, 703 Club Seats! Which turned out to be Wonderful! All you can eat, all you could drink, indoor & outdoor seating! It was wonderful!

While indoors eating in the club a waitress came up and asked if everyone was doing alright and I explained to her that this was Jim's Dream Come True and she asked if she could do something to celebrate that in the Club. We said sure and a little bit later she came back making alot of noise and brought Jim a Special Treat! Then got the whole clubs attention and explained what was going on and had the whole club cheer out LETS GO CARDINALS!!! Jim was tickled!! After he devoured his special treat we went to our seats and started to watch the game! Hoping the rain would hold out for the Cardinals to get a Win!!!

By the Middle of the 3rd inning I was taking Jim up for another surprise that he had no idea about!! I told him about it on the way to the Suprise!!! Special Shout out to Ryan Davis at the Home Office for setting this special surprise up! Meredith got to take Jim up to the KMOX Broadcast Booth to meet John Rooney and Ricky Horton and sit in the Broadcast Booth for a innings and take in the best view in the stadium! Jim couldn't believe it!! He was smiling ear to ear!

Then we made our way back to the 703 Club to enjoy the rest of the game Jim enjoyed a beer and we got to see a 3 run home run walk off win in the top of the 10th inning! The energy after that happened in the stadium was electric!!! Best Night Ever for Jim to go to the Cardinals Baseball Game and have the best Night!!

What a fun-filled “Night on the Town” we had with our residents! 🚗✨

We spent the evening enjoying Reminders of Him at the Cedarhurst Drive-Inn, treated ourselves to some delicious ice cream at the “ice cream shop,” tried our luck at the Casino, and even stopped by the tattoo parlor for a little extra fun! 😄

Of course, no night out would be complete without a trip to the Pharmacy for some “Chill Pill” jelly beans and IV Bag mocktails! It was an evening full of laughter, smiles, and wonderful memories with some pretty amazing people. We truly love creating these special moments for our residents! ❤️

We had such a fun time today at the Gateway Grizzlies game! The weather was absolutely beautiful, and it was so nice getting to enjoy the day alongside other Cedarhurst Senior Living communities and members of the Home Office team. The atmosphere was amazing, and we made so many wonderful memories together. Nothing better than a perfect day at the ballpark! ⚾☀️

We made a Dream Come True today!! Barb wanted to ride the Ferris Wheel 🎡 and go out for a nice dinner! So today was the day to make that happen and her son and granddaughter came from California just for the occasion and Mother's Day!!
It was a wonderful time had by all!! Barb was so excited that she couldn't sleep last night!

Making Memories is what it's all about!!
