We would like to share that one of our providers, Katie, who has been a valued part of our team, will be leaving Heart to Heart at the end of the year to pursue an opportunity closer to home for her family. While we are sad to see her go, we are truly grateful for the care, kindness, and support she has shown our patients and staff. We wish her all the best in her next chapter.
