Everyone wants "wide" and "deep" networks. But a massive network filled with outdated directories, long wait times, and misaligned incentives is an illusion of access. It doesn't serve the member, and it doesn't serve the health plan.
We need more than acceptable discounts. We need proof of performance.
Quality assurance shouldn't be a compliance exercise. It’s the foundation of great care delivery.
