I wanted to pop on and apologize that I haven't been posting in a while. I want you to know that since March 16th I have been hospitalized twice. Yes, I am all about supporting health holistically and naturally sometimes western emergency medicine is required. I am still mending but I am planning on being back to work on Wednesday.
I hope that everyone had a very Blessed Easter.

The weather outside still looks like winter is going to go on forever, but don't worry spring and warmer weather will come. When that happens we start shedding all the bulky clothes.

My daughters were live on Upper Michigan Today for their hour long program! Haley and Nicole along with their coach Dave Sixel did a great job. The show could have easily been a 2 hour show. Because it was live with commercials each segment you have to watch separately.

Nicole and Haley Peterson are gold-winning pankration athletes. Upper Michigan Today asked, "what exactly is pankration?" Watch the show for a glimpse at the answer!

We need to eat whole real food that our bodies know how to use and process not synthetic lab created foods that our bodies do not know what to do with. When the body does not recognize what we eat that is when inflammation, illness, and disease happen.
