And it’s not just UPFs. Trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, GMO crops soaked in glyphosate, and pesticide-laden produce all wreak havoc on your metabolism, brain, liver, and gut.
These ingredients weren’t in our diets 100 years ago. And they shouldn’t be now.
Don’t read the front of the package. Read the ingredient list. If you wouldn’t cook with it, don’t eat it.
