Come one, come all - at Samaritan Keep Home's Carnival! 🥳

Our activities staff have completely outdone themselves with this. Residents were treated to carnival games, prizes, face painting, balloon animals, popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cones, and a visit from Reptiles Forever Wildlife Presentations - a traveling exhibit of snakes, turtles, and other fascinating creatures!

Thank you to the staff members and volunteers who made this awesome carnival possible. There were plenty of smiles and memories made!

⚠️ ❗ Facility Improvement in Progress: ❗⚠️

Please be advised that Samaritan Keep Home, our skilled nursing home connected to the Medical Center campus, will receive a new roof starting soon. There will be heavy equipment present and lots of work happening. There is no impact to resident and visitor traffic or parking, only to staff and vendors. We look forward to this project being completed before winter.

Did you know that Samaritan Summit Village and Samaritan Keep Home offer sub-acute inpatient rehabilitation? This program helps patients recover from surgery, accidents, or illnesses.

Our rehabilitation team helps restore mobility, flexibility, coordination, speech, comprehension, and the ability to independently complete everyday tasks independently, such as eating, dressing, and bathing.

Please join us in congratulating our DAISY and BEE Award recipients for the month of May!

The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses® recognizes exemplary nursing staff, and the BEE Award honors other outstanding staff members who are excellent every day, both at the hospital and outpatient clinics.

Nigel Mascoll and Joseph Roche, Registered Nurses (RN) at Samaritan Medical Center, received the DAISY Award for May. Crystal Sutton, a Home Health Aide with Samaritan Home Health, received the BEE Award for May.
