I have been in fitness since I was 14.

My journey started as a BODYPUMP instructor alongside my mother - Major Megan and Mini Me taught a wicked class! I worked as a PT, Group Fitness Instructor, Boxing coach, and PT Manager at the University of Georgia while competitively boxing and earning my degree in Anthropology. After UGA, I attended Boston College to earn my Master's in Sports Administration while working as the rec center Fitne

ss Coordinator. I believe fitness is a gift and is most effective when it's enjoyable and works well with your lifestyle. Anybody with any body can do anything! I look forward to working with each and every client to achieve their goals and find body positivity and a sustainable relationship with fitness along the way. My qualifications:

Goal setting and habit building is one of the hardest things to master for anyone! Even coaches need support. I have been a part of MOVE! for over 4 years - it’s a community of high achievers that use the MOVE! Method to set and achieve any kind of goals - from physical to professional. The MOVE!
