Did you know that to become a licensed massage therapist in New York, you must complete 1000 hours of education and hands-on experience? After completing the course, you must pass a state board exam to obtain your license. We are then required to complete 36 hours of continuing education every three years. It's that time for me again. I'll be celebrating my 14th-year anniversary of becoming a massage therapist this month! Thank you to all my amazing clients and coworkers, both past and present, for being there with me every step of the journey. I appreciate all of you 🩷
