Let the soothing vibrations of a gong, chimes, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls wash over you. This immersive experience is designed to calm your nervous system, restore inner balance, and refresh your soul.

Many people today are stuck in survival modeโ€”trapped in cycles of worry, doubt, and anxiety.
To cope, they may turn to food, shopping, alcohol, or drugs for temporary relief. But these quick fixes often lead to more stress and emotional exhaustion.

When the nervous system is stuck in overdrive, the body releases stress chemicals that keep it in a constant state of fight or flight. This can lead to insomnia, anxiety, depression, and a sense that the mind just wonโ€™t stop racing. Calming down in this state can feel impossible.

Thatโ€™s where Restorative Yoga comes in.
In this gentle practice, the body is fully supported with props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. As the body begins to feel safe and held, a calming cascade occurs: the nervous system softens, the heart rate slows, and the thinking mind begins to quiet.

This is the path toward stillness and peace.
It may take more than one class to fully settle into this stateโ€”and thatโ€™s okay. Yoga is a practice, not a perfect.

I invite you to give Restorative Yoga a try. You might be surprised by how deeply your body and mind respond to being supportedโ€”just as they are.
