This will be a step-by-step guided class taught by me. It'll be a great experience for anyone from beginner to the experienced!

If you think you can’t chase your dreams, think again. If you feel like it’s too late or you’re too old to start over, it’s not.

At 40 I left a career I’d been in for over 20 years, started my own business, and went back to school. Yikes, right? And yeah, I have ADHD, so sometimes it feels like I’m working against myself. But here’s the thing—chasing dreams isn’t about being perfect or fearless. It’s about taking that first step, even when you don’t have it all figured out.

I’m not sharing this to brag. I’m sharing this to remind you that it’s never too late to go after what lights your fire. Don’t let fear or doubt stop you. Your dreams are worth chasing.

It’s never too late to rewrite your story. Believe in yourself—you’ve got this!

First, I’ve been working with Liz Burgess to bring you a New Year Mindfulness and Movement 4 week Series. It’s designed to help you start the year with a fresh mindset—feeling grounded, focused, and ready to embrace what’s ahead.
We’re also introducing a Beginners Belly Dancing 6 week Series with Beautiful Bellies Dance! This is a fun and creative way to express yourself while staying active. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, this series is perfect for exploring something new and exciting.
