Site: All North Star Health Alliance locations

The physician liaison will serve as a physician advocate, strengthening and enhancing the relationship between North Star Health Alliance and the physician community. They will develop and maintain physician relationships in accordance with NSHA's strategic goals and initiatives. Will assist in the onboarding process for all providers. Travel is required to all facilities to help build provider relationships and take part in on-site interviews and tours.

REQUIREMENTS:

AA / AS degree in business or healthcare-related field

Requires the ability to perform all the position's duties independently and effectively.

Ability to stay organized and self-driven

Must have strong communication skills and be able to communicate with a variety of people

Must have advanced knowledge of standard computer processing systems, spreadsheets, etc.

Prefer a working understanding of the hospital and individual department operations, goals, and objectives related to services provided, etc., and willingness to learn.

Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. Proud parents Lidia Plummer and Kyle Rumpel are filled with joy as they welcome their beautiful son into the world! 💙
