This event will include a special showing of the new Spring/Summer releases, fantastic deals on frames and lenses, one-on-one styling with our team, and refreshments! This is Gretchen in an Kaloula frame in Lunar Layers. A premium antireflective coating on the lenses helps cut down reflections in the lenses and reduces potential for glare that causes visual fatigue. Plus, this frame color choice works so nicely with Gretchen's hair! Like they were made especially for her!

Dani also upgraded some of her eyewear. Here she is in an Etosha in Turquoise and Fuschia frame with custom Chemistrie Clips . These clips are custom made to work with an existing frame and clip on with the help of tiny magnets embedded in the lenses. For Dani's pair, her clips were made of brown polarized lenses, to convert her existing eyewear into a pair that works for outside with a simple clip!

Alejandro's old frames were missing their nosepad attachments and the frame was beyond repair so he picked out a fresh pair of lightweight 4255 titanium frames in gunmetal and outfitted them with his new prescription so that he would have a backup for days where he wouldn't want to wear his contact lenses. Is all the glare bouncing off the extra snow slowing you down? Sunglasses are just as important in the winter (and other seasons) to protect your eyes from UV rays as during the summer! Lauren loved these frames 3946 Mila frames by in light gold but opted to switch out the original lavender fade lenses for a darker, polarized tint for better protection and usability.

These beautiful and colorful frames would make great shades for the summer, and would add an eye-catching pop to any outfit in your closet. Today, Friday 01/30/2026, there’s a nationwide call for a National Shutdown in protest of ICE and the systems that fund it. As a small, q***r, and immigrant-owned local business, Gaze Optical cannot afford to close our doors, but we still believe in fighting for change and standing up for our communities.
We will be donating a portion of our sales today to the LUCE Immigrant Justice Network of MA [], a local organization with a deep commitment to keeping all of our communities safe through grassroots organizing, information sharing, and mutual aid.
Times are hard — but we will persevere, together.
One last thing that your friendly neighborhood eye care provider wants you to know: please don't wear contact lenses to a protest. Chemical weapons may bind to your contact lenses, putting you at risk for permanent vision loss.
