I don’t track fruits or veggies in MyFitnessPal nurition plan and here’s why:

• whole, fresh fruits and vegetables are packed with nutrients, not just “carbs” or “sugar.” 🍎

• I refuse to label real, nourishing foods as “bad” just because they contain natural sugars. 🥬

• I’d rather focus on balance and sustainability, not restriction or perfection. 🍌

• fruits and veggies are free foods in my mindset—no guilt, no overthinking. 🥦
