We love seeing our team out in the community sharing the story of meaningful aging and what the future of senior care looks like right here in Watertown.

Dalton, our Director of Senior Living Sales & Marketing, spoke with the Rotary Club of Watertown about Senior Care Through the Ages: exploring how senior care has evolved nationally, what that means for our local community, and how The Village of Harmony Hill is preparing for the future with intention, innovation, and heart.

These conversations matter. They spark dialogue, build understanding, and help our community plan thoughtfully for the generations ahead. We’re grateful to Rotary for the invitation and for the opportunity to share how The Village continues the Sisters’ legacy of care, connection, and forward-thinking service.

We’re proud to introduce My Care Line, a new virtual healthcare service now available to residents at The Village of Harmony Hill. This innovative program gives our residents access to registered nurses and advanced practice providers during evenings, weekends, and overnight hours right from the comfort of home.

Through My Care Line, our caregivers can quickly connect with clinical professionals for guidance on concerns like falls, wound checks, medication questions, behavioral changes, and changes in condition, helping residents receive timely care without unnecessary trips to the emergency room.

“Virtual healthcare allows us to provide timely, high-quality clinical support without residents having to leave their home,” shared Krista Beauchamp, Administrator and RN at The Village. “It strengthens continuity of care, supports early intervention, and ensures convenient, compassionate care right on our campus.”

My Care Line is one more way we’re honoring the dignity, comfort, and well-being of those we serve, while also supporting our caregivers when on-site providers may not be immediately available.

Because caring for our residents means being there day or night when it matters most🧡

We’re taking a moment to celebrate four incredible team members who truly lived out our core values in December. Each of them brings heart, dedication, and purpose to The Village of Harmony Hill, and our community is stronger because of them.

💙 Jasmine (CNA & Medication Aide) embodies Community through her constant willingness to step in wherever help is needed. Her reliability, openness, and genuine care build connection across all neighborhoods and remind us what it means to truly show up for one another.

✨ Skylar (Activity Assistant) lives out Radical Hospitality in the way she welcomes new team members. From shared lunches to thoughtful guidance, she creates a space where people feel included, supported, and at home from day one by setting the tone for a warm, connected workplace.

🍽️ Rianne (Cook) exemplifies Human Dignity through her deep respect for our residents. She honors their voices, choices, and well-being with compassion and care, ensuring dignity isn’t just preserved, but actively upheld every single day.

🤝🏼 Tyanne (Medication Aide) reflects Mutual Responsibility through her proactive, solution-focused mindset. By improving routines and supporting both residents and teammates, she shows what teamwork and shared accountability truly look like in action.

As we welcome a brand new year, we want to pause and say thank you to the heart of The Village of Harmony Hill: our residents and families🧡

This past year was filled with shared meals, laughter around tables, meaningful conversations, quiet moments of care, and celebrations big and small. It was a year of connection, resilience, and community; of showing up for one another in ways that truly matter.

We are deeply grateful for the trust you place in us, for the stories you share, and for allowing us to walk alongside you each day. Here’s to a new year filled with continued joy, good health, friendship, and the simple moments that make life rich.

There’s something truly special about the days when Louie comes to work🐾🧡

Kelsey, our Director of Life Enrichment, periodically brings her dog Louie along for visits and the joy is immediate. Smiles appear, hands reach out for gentle pats, and conversations spark without effort. Dogs have a way of meeting people right where they are, offering comfort, companionship, and unconditional love in the simplest moments.

These visits support our residents’ mental and emotional well-being, ease stress, and create meaningful connections. Sometimes healing looks like a warm nose, a wagging tail, and a moment of shared happiness in the hallway🫶🏼

There’s just something special about a meal that feels like it came straight from Mom’s kitchen🧡

At The Village, our culinary team takes pride in preparing home-cooked, balanced meals that are warm, comforting, and full of flavor. From crispy fried chicken and buttery mashed potatoes to seasoned green beans and a slice of homemade dessert to finish it off, this is food that nourishes both the body and the soul.

It’s about gathering around the table, savoring familiar flavors, and feeling cared for with every bite that make the Village feel like home🫶🏼

The Village was filled with music, laughter, and pure Christmas joy during our Christmas Social for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents🎄✨

High school students stopped by to share the gift of caroling and residents opened thoughtful presents made possible by the generosity of our Watertown community and Village staff through our Giving Tree. Each gift a reminder that they are deeply loved and cherished. And of course, Santa himself made a special visit, spreading cheer and laughter along the way🎅🏼

It was a day full of warmth, connection, and beautiful moments that truly captured the spirit of the season. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this celebration one our residents will hold close to their hearts❤️

Our residents’ faces lit up with smiles as Santa and Mrs. Claus visited The Village to share in the magic of the season❤️ A cozy hot cocoa bar warmed hands and hearts, while kiddos gathered around tables coloring Christmas pictures and filling the space with creativity, giggles, and holiday cheer.

It was one of those moments where everything just felt right in the world. The beauty of the season was wrapped into simple joys: togetherness, tradition, and the comfort of being surrounded by community. Days like this remind us why the holidays are so special here at The Village of Harmony Hill. Joy is meant to be shared across generations in a place that feels like home🫶🏼
