🧡 Intentional Excellence — Bri, Activity Assistant
Bri brings creativity and joy to our campus in the most thoughtful ways—from her beautifully designed whiteboard signs to the gentle encouragement she offers during crafting activities. She helps residents believe in their abilities, guiding them through projects with patience and artistic insight. Because of Bri, our residents proudly hang their creations outside their doors, each one a small celebration of confidence and connection.
🤝 Mutual Responsibility — Rachel, Nutritional Services
Rachel is the definition of a dependable teammate. Whether she’s stepping in to help with late deliveries, picking up shifts to support coworkers, or simply taking on any task with a positive attitude, she shows up—fully and wholeheartedly. Her reliability strengthens our team, our dining experience, and the sense of trust that our residents and staff count on every day.
🏡 Community — Shantel, Medication Assistant & CNA
Shantel has a gift for making sure everyone feels included. She doesn’t just provide exceptional care—she makes sure residents know what’s happening, helps them get to activities, and encourages them to engage with one another. Her warmth and intentional efforts foster connection and belonging, building the kind of community that truly feels like family.

Renita’s devotion to resident-centered care shines through in everything she does. She listens closely, prioritizes personal requests, and works hard to create meaningful moments for each resident she serves. Her initiative in seeking diabetic training also speaks to her deep commitment to supporting her team and delivering the safest, most knowledgeable care.
