💡We have some ideas but we need your input! 💡

We’re thinking of doing monthly workshops where we talk about stretches, nutrition, holistic health, exercises, different areas that are frequent pain spots, etc! 🙆‍♀️🥗💆🏻‍♀️💆🦴🏃🏻‍♀️

What we need is some outside input on what YOU want to learn or know more about!

Nothing is off limits! If you are curious about a topic others are likely curious, too!

Friends, it’s been a while! But, you all know I’ve been adventuring and living my best life 🌊🌲🏊🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️⛰️

However, lately I’ve had some unhappy people with being unable to get in immediately. I do apologize for the inconvenience this causes as I know it can be frustrating when you’re uncomfortable. I will not apologize for trying to help as many as I can - resulting in a full schedule that’s booked a month out! 😳

Being busy has its pros and its cons but I still love what I do!

I have a cancellation list and I do reach out when a spot opens up! Things are not a guarantee, just know that I do try to be accommodating without sacrificing my lunch/family time!

Hi! Me again, I’m sure you all missed me very much and I’m happy to say I missed you all too!

I’m here to clear a few things up or re-inform the public 😊

☀️ initial visit cost is $65 and follow-ups are $30. The initial visit includes the adjustment! WOOHOO!!!

☀️ you get ONE, no call no show free pass. After that $20 for every missed appt. After 3 missed visits…find yourself a new provider. Sorry not sorry. I went to school for 8 years. My time, education and skills are valuable and that’s what you are paying for.

☀️ there is one of me, and many patients. If I could clone myself I would but unfortunately I cannot and Ollie (my chocolate lab) hasn’t learned adjustments yet! 🐶
We are all used to being able to call and get in on the same day/week. However, that’s not the case anymore unless you happen to get lucky!

☀️ I have a waitlist, it’s about a 2 week wait and even longer for new patients I haven’t seen before. Again, I’m sorry and I know it’s inconvenient. When I ask you to book multiple appts it’s not for funsies, it’s so you have a spot because chances are you won’t have it if you wait.

☀️ for those who are wondering, yes I do travel once a month to somewhere. Or take long weekends or half days or whatever else. The reason is because it’s how I decompress and when I’m not at my best, I can’t give you the best treatments/adjustments. I want all my patients to have me at my best!

Since this is the year we’re working on ourselves and setting boundaries and putting ourselves first lemme share a few of my pet-peeves as a chiropractor. The unpopular edition.

🍥 when a patient shows up more than 10 minutes early for an appointment. Please, don’t. You have a time for a reason, you coming sooner does not mean you get in sooner.

🍥 when you lie to me about doing at home stretches/workouts. I’m human, I know we’re not all great about keeping up with our bodies but don’t tell me you stretch or do things at home when you don’t. Your body doesn’t lie to me.

🍥 messaging me, calling me, texting me outside of business hours. (Honestly I need to be better about not responding). Please let me know ANY other provider you have that gets back to you on their personal phone outside of office hours. I need to know their secrets, obviously.

Remember, these are just my pet-peeves. Everyone is different!
