Heather brings over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, with a strong background across school, center, and home-based settings. Her depth of knowledge, clinical expertise, and passion for helping individuals with autism make her an incredible addition to our leadership team.

Fun fact — Heather was the founder’s supervising BCBA 9 years ago, making this a truly full-circle moment! ✨

We are so happy to welcome her to Rise Above and can’t wait for the impact she will continue to make within our team and community.
