We are thrilled to be partnering with the Children's Home of Jefferson County to bring Wave Riders of Hope to the SoZo Teen Center of Watertown. Expanding access to grief support for teens in our community is so important, and we are grateful to see more schools and organizations stepping forward to be part of this program.
Together, we are helping ensure that no young person has to navigate loss alone.
Grief can feel overwhelming — but no young person should have to navigate it alone.
CHJC is proud to partner with Hospice of Jefferson County, Inc. to bring Wave Riders of Hope to the SoZo Teen Center of Watertown. This structured grief support program is designed to help teens process loss in a safe, supportive environment through guided discussion, creative expression, and practical coping strategies that promote emotional well-being.
