Dear Patients and Friends,

I am writing to let you know that after almost 40 years of business, Mt Auburn Physical Therapy Associates has closed permanently, due to my retirement.

On behalf of our staff, past and present, Cheryl Ehrenkranz, Catherine Walls, Olga Kohlman, Isabelle Obert, and Rose McConnell, we would like to thank you for the privilege of being your physical therapist. You have been some of our greatest teachers. We have learned from you and I hope you have learned from us. We have strived to bring you the best care possible to allow you to meet your personal goals and enjoy the best possible outcomes.

Many of you have been with us for decades, entrusting us with all your physical therapy needs. You have referred your spouses, partners, children, and friends and we have appreciated your confidence in us. We have valued these relationships and I know we will miss working with you.

We wish you good health for the future. Keep exercising!

With gratitude and warmest regards,

Susan M Lattanzi, PT
Owner, Mt Auburn Physical Therapy Associates

Dear Patients and Friends,

We have been up and running since early June and things are going very well in the clinic. Many of you have returned for in person treatments while others are more comfortable doing Telehealth or a combination of the two. We welcome and support all of your choices for treatment.

Currently we conduct all of our treatments with appropriate social distancing whether they take place on treatment tables or on equipment. We have removed all but 2 chairs in our waiting room and we have remodeled our reception area, complete with plexiglass enclosures and the removal of all reading material.

Covid-19 screening is conducted at each visit including taking temperatures prior to entering the treatment area as well as sanitizing your hands before and after treatment. All treatment areas are disinfected and sanitized prior to each session.

Finally, we would like to thank so many of you for reaching out to us to inquire about our personal well being as well as concern for the future of our practice. We have been very touched by your kindness.

Please feel free to call us with your questions. It is understandable if you still feel uncomfortable with in person care. We encourage you to try a Telehealth visit to determine if we can help you virtually. We can set everything up for you. You only need either a smartphone, a tablet, a laptop, or a desktop computer. It is that simple!

Thank you again for your support.
Stay well. Stay healthy. We hope to see you soon!

Warm regards,
Susan Lattanzi, Cathy Walls, Isabelle Obert, Olga Mezhebovsky, and Rose McConnell

Good evening to our patients and our friends. We are now almost half way through May and we have been busy doing Telehealth with some of you and keeping in touch with others by phone or email. We will continue to do this until we are fully up and running. We are hoping to be back in the clinic for "in person treatments" the beginning of June. Because this is such a fluid and unprecedented situation, it is very difficult to provide a firm date. In the meanwhile, we are preparing the clinic to keep staff and patients safe, with deep cleaning, disinfecting, and modification of treatment areas and the waiting room to keep appropriate distancing.

We remind you once again to please call the office at
(617)- 923-0757 with any questions or concerns. If you prefer, you can email us at office@mountauburnpt.com.

We look forward to seeing you all soon.
Best of health, Susan, Cathy, Isabelle, Olga, and Rose

It appears we are faced with changing our timeline for return to work. The clinic will be temporarily closed through April for "in person" treatments. We are available for e-visits and telehealth visits, under certain conditions. Please feel free to call us at 617-923-0757 or email us at office@mountauburnpt.com and we can provide details. In the meanwhile, on behalf of all of us, we hope you are staying healthy and well. Mostly -- we hope you are all doing your home program!

To our valued patients,

As of 6:30 pm today, March 17th, Mt Auburn Physical Therapy Associates will close until April 2nd due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Your safety and well being is our highest priority and these are unsure and unprecedented times. Although this suspension of care was a difficult decision for us as healthcare professionals, we feel it is the most prudent course. If you would like to communicate with us by email, please do so at office@mountauburnpt.com.
We will also be checking our voicemail daily so you may leave a message there as well, 617-923-0757.
Please be safe. We plan to see you on April 2nd.

Thank you,
Susan M. Lattanzi, PT, Catherine Walls, DPT,
Isabelle Obert, DPT, Olga Mezhebovsky, DPT,
Rose McConnell
