Saying "See you later" to Matt and Julie is bittersweet. We are beyond excited for them and this new chapter for their family. However, they have been a huge part of this community; cheerleaders for every small business owner, not just the ones housed under their shop but for the whole community. They are the epitome of support small local businesses. Matthew, Julie... We will miss you... We love you! ❤️❤️❤️
Hi friends- just a quick little update as we are really getting down to the nitty gritty of passing the store over to the new owners Danyelle and Shane!
As you may have noticed, the new store name is now Crosstown Local Market (same, but different 😃.)
I, Julie only have only 2️⃣ in store working days left which are this Wednesday and then Friday for our bake sale & lemonade 🍋 stand held by the Girlscouts! Matts last day in-store is Tuesday the 22nd. My last day of running the Crosstown page is speeding to an end, and will probably transition around the 22nd as well…that gives me hmm 🤔 two more taco Tuesday posts, lol! 😉
But with that being said!
As our next chapter gets started, I’m planning to still celebrate our life’s little moments with you on my rebranded Julie Marie & Co. page, which is already up and currently running, so if you want to follow along as we’ve been closing up our life in Watertown, travel to, get settled in, and officially open up my teeny online only boutique business with the same Pete + Lucy children’s clothing brand I currently carry, plus bath, body for both children and Mommas alike. Give my page a LIKE! (Nope, we will absolutely not be doing another storefront in FL) 💕

We would like to extend a huge thank you to our Washington Street Plaza businesses for welcoming us with such big open arms, and the biggest hearts!
To our amazingly loyal community of customers, supporters, and friends 🥹- wow, we could have never built, sustained and been able to pass this store on to new owners without you!
And finally…😭 to the talented bunch of local vendors who continue to make our shop so special- it’s been a true honor and pleasure to market and sell your products by your side, and on your behalf.
