I would highly recommend taking a look at this author. He has a online presence. He's a naturopath, and that is actually his name, Livingood. I found him on Facebook. An ad ran across my feed.
When I went to check him out, I was prompted to get his book for free and only pay the shipping. That's the first book you see listed there. The book showed up and all I paid was shipping. The first half of it was super helpful for so many things! The last half of the book is the meal plan. I opted to also get the recipe book as well. That is the third and fourth pictures you see attached. The front of that book is similar to the first book yet has a lot of different information, also. They do sell collagen protein and a lot of other supplements. I found it was very easy for me to stick to the meal plan. The food is actually very good. The book presents the information in such a way to help a person understand why it's important and he is good at motivating.
I adopted not eat after 7:00 p.m. I have stuck to it for the full 21 days. He also talks about sleep, which is so incredibly important.
When you stop eating after 7 o'clock, you're able to digest your food before you go to sleep. If that happens, you are then able to get into detox mode and get into fat burning mode. If you eat too soon prior to bed, your body is still digesting and it never gets into detox mode or fat burning mode. I thought that was extremely important information. Also, the importance of the temperature of your room and sleeping in darkness. He goes into why that matters. The "fix your frame" portion of his book was eye opening and something I really needed. He has a product for that. They are foam rolls that you put under your back and the back of your neck. I can tell the difference already in my posture.
So for more good news, I have been able to drop half of the weight I am looking to drop. To drop the other half, I am going to go through another round of the 21 day meal plan to obtain my goal.
There has been such a vast difference in my mobility, more than likely because of the reduction in inflammation. Plus the less weight you carry around; it's simply easier on your muscles, your frame, and your joints.
I've tried a lot of things over the years. Many of them work!! This is a large piece I needed right now.
When I run across products or people that I think are noteworthy and have created a positive impact on me; I feel it is important to share.
