Welcome to Pivot, formally the Alcohol & Substance Abuse Council of Jefferson County, Inc. Pivot offers a wide variety of information, services, and programs for you, your family, your co-workers, your school and our community. Pivot Prevention Services—for information or help with alcohol abuse or alcoholism, underage drinking, substance abuse, problem gambling, and tobacco use, and self-help group listings. In Jefferson County, New York State Impaired Driver Program (IDP) classes are offered through Pivot. Products- Array of Student Services, Impaired Driver Program (IDP),
