Yesterday was peanut butter and jelly day. Did I have any idea how much a simple pbj sammie would stir up conversation during happy hour? Nope. Was I bursting with happiness at making 13 of my residents feel nostalgic? Yep. Do I know what I do is all about them and not at all about me? Also, yep. But it is what it is, and when you can do what you love every single day and bring joy to others - why wouldn’t you? 🥰😍

April FOOLS day is one of the most awesome days of the year! Alllll of the shenanigans, chaos, and silliness come out. Thank you to each of my coworkers for having a great sense of humor and playing along. Lunch today was so mixed up we didn’t know if we were coming or going. I think the residents of AL/ IL had a good time (at least there were plenty of smiles)

Memory Care & Cedar View enjoyed the beautiful voice of Jodi's cousin Amy on Friday. She sang everything from Amazing Grace to a resident favorite....These Boots Are Made for Walkin'!

Our March anniversaries this month feature 3 rockstar directors and (an amazing overnight CMA for 2 years at CV, Sandy Paulson chose to not be photographed). Help us wish them a huge congrats and double high five for continuous service to Edgewood - Thank you LADIES!

Some of our Al/IL ladies enjoyed a funny bus trip today. We went to the zoo to squish a Penny! A while back we discovered that most of our residents had never even heard of what that is, so we made it into a trip AND no outing is complete with out treats🍦🍧🥤We also made a stop to see Bernard.
