1. Motivation can be a great start, but it shouldnโt be the only one. Motivation is only good till its no longer there, and that always comes. Focusing on building consistent routines into your lifestyle is an approach that can outlive any motivation.
2. Just like our taste and cooking recipes, we often want (and need) personalization in our fitness routines for them to last. While generic template workouts can take you to a certain point, once limitations hit, you will be scrambling for answers that are not there.
3. A significant part to any journey is being able to adapt to changes. Without making any change, we can't expect any change. Being curious about those changes vs. stubborn about them can lead to new knowledge and understanding about your goals and values. Ultimately leading you towards a more meaningful journey
