This is a TRICARE Prime Health plan available to families of active - duty personnel, military retirees, and their dependents. This plan is only offered in certain parts of the country; Martin's Point administers this plan in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and northeastern New York through a contract with the Department of Defense.
