Our 20th Annual Second Chance Prom will be held on MAY 2ND, 2026 at the Country Road Barn!! Due to scheduling conflicts we have made the decision to switch our normal March date to May 2nd. We hope this will work with your schedule and you can help us celebrate 20 YEARS of assisting Cancer Patients in Codington County!!! More details will be coming in the weeks ahead ❤️❤️❤️

What an incredible Second Chance Prom!!! Thank you so much to all of our Attendees, Sponsors, Volunteers, our Prom Royalty, Ashley Blais Photography, Velocity Entertainment and to the staff at the Country Road Barn!! We tried a couple different things this year and we would like your opinion ❤️ We scaled down our Silent Auction and Raffle items quite a bit. We know how hard some businesses have been hit these past couple years and the last thing we wanted to do was ask for a bunch of donations. Instead, we put together some nice packages in hopes that someone who won would be very happy with what they brought home ❤️ Did you like the packages? Did you like the options of purchasing Raffle tickets or bidding on Silent Auction items? Did you like the Wine Pull prizes? What would you like to see that we did not have?
We are heading into our 20th year of CCC and we want this next Second Chance Prom to be the best ever. 20 years of anything is a long time and if we need to switch it up, we are ready for that. Do you still enjoy the Prom? Would you like to see something else in its place? Do you like this time of year or would you prefer June/July when the weather is nicer? These are all questions that we have been going over for the past couple years and we need your help on how to move forward ❤️
We thank you all for your incredible support for the last 19 years and we look forward to seeing you for many, many more! See you next year for our 20th Annual Second Chance Prom!!

Thank you, Scott Polski and friends for your incredible donation to Codington County Cares!! Scott loved his hair, he may even have a slight obsession with his hair ;) He had a fun idea to shave his head if he raised enough money and donate the funds raised to CCC. He had a goal in mind that he wanted to reach and quickly reached that goal. I think he was very surprised to see how many people wanted that hair gone! He more than TRIPLED his original goal!! We thank you so much, Scott and just want you to know, we LOVE the new look! We think you should keep it! ❤️
