You are now able to change and reschedule appointments yourself. There is also a new feature that allows you to send a message requesting a same day appointment.

Be patient, but I will try to fit as many in each day as I can. If your request is approved and I am able to fit you in the same day, you will receive an email confirmation so look out for that.

CHECK OUT THE NEW WAY TO SCHEDULE!!!

A few quick tidbits about the changes:

1. Hours have changed and there are more opportunities to make appointments. The office is now open Monday and Saturday mornings. Weekend appointments will go quickly so please plan ahead.

2. You will still need to call for same day appointments.

3. New pricing that's listed on the scheduler will go into effect 07/15/2025. The office has not increased pricing in almost a decade🤯 We aim to be transparent in pricing so you can plan for all your Chiropractic needs.

4. Insurances that we will accept will be changing, look for updates on that within the next week.

5. In order to make an appointment it will prompt you for your credit card information. It will NOT be charged except in the event of a missed appointment.

6. There are now opportunities for Family Monthly Plans. These are great options for anyone that wants to save money on more frequent care and make your family's health a priority. Please ask about the details at your next appointment! (There are options for single patient plans, couples and entire families!)

7. The new scheduler gives you the opportunity to have your own dashboard where you are able to send messages directly about your care.

8. Because it is new to the office, there may be some growing pains. Please be patient and let us know if there are any issues!!! Thank you all and see you soon!

We are making scheduling/rescheduling and communication with the office much more seamless. Look for an official roll-out in the next week.

Wednesdays are a great day to come in for adjustment and walk down to the Watertown Farmer's Market that opened back up today! Can't wait to see all the vendors they have this year!!!

The new office number is (315)778-0191. The original number should be fixed in the next few days and both will be operational. Sorry about the inconvenience. Just as a reminder, you can still book appointments online using the website link on this FB page.

OFFICE CLOSED until December 12th. The schedule is filling up fast for when I get back so make sure you book through the website link on Facebook to sn**ch up what's left. I'll do my best to contact everyone when I get back. I appreciate your patience.

Please remember that it is sometimes hard to get through to schedule your next appointment. Take advantage of the website (listed on this fb page) which redirects you straight to the online schedule. It does shut off 24 hours beforehand so you will still have to call for any emergency visits.

The office will be closed December 3rd-11th 2024 but the schedule has been opened Mondays, Friday afternoons and for a few hours Saturday mornings to accommodate anyone trying to get in.
